## Local _Jurisdictional_ Expertise

Each competitive market has its own jurisdictional requirements for compliance, which we are expert in locally.

USA

In USA we comply with all relevant requirements of FERC, NIST and NAESB as well as being SOC 2 certified, plus we comply with all local state level regulatory and utility requirements.

UK

In UK we comply with BEIS, Ofgem, code authority, central market body and energy network authority requirements. Additionally in the UK we are signatories of the Smart Energy Code.

Canada

In Canada we comply with NAESB and FERC requirements, as well as complying with all local state-level regulatory and utility requirements.
